Payment Types & Terms: At present, we are accepting all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for online and offline purchase. You must be 21 years or older to place an order at alwaysfreshdistributor.com. We also provide an option for COD.

Delivery inside New York City:
We currently deliver to NYC five boroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island). Delivery is free for orders over $1,500, otherwise $79.99 per delivery. Please see our FREE shipping monthly promotions. We deliver 7 days a week, except holidays, from 7am to 11pm. We will email or call you to schedule the best delivery time for you. Orders made by 3:00 PM are delivered the next day, otherwise 2 days for delivery.

Shipping and Handling outside New York City:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The majority of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is processed.

Sales Tax & Exemption: Always Fresh Distributor is required to collect sales tax in New York. Customers looking for tax exempt needs to provide valid Exemption certificate in order to get the tax exempt. New York Sales Tax Resale Certificate form (ST-120) is found on our website, please fill in form ST-120 and fax it to (347) 925-0512 as soon as possible. Please be sure to print your name, company name, phone number and other contact detail properly.

Returns: All items are non-returnable. However if you have received damaged, defective or the wrong item as a result of our error then we will be happy to resolve the issue. Please make sure to let us know within 48 hours of delivery at (347) 925-0512, upon confirmation we will assign you a return authorization number (RAN). You must include the RAN and the order invoice in the returned package. We will not be able to accept any items stamped with stickers or price marks.

Backorders: In case of backorder items, we will contact you to discuss the matter.

Shortages and Damages: Any concerns related to shortage or damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery at (347) 925-0512

Pricing: Item prices may change anytime without any notification. Sometimes manual human error might cause wrong price, in those cases Always Fresh Distributor reserve rights to refuse or cancel orders associated with incorrect price item.
